Cumberland Hall of Hopkinsville Welcomes New TherapistHOPKINSVILLE, Ky. – (March 16, 2010) – Cumberland Hall Hospital, a Psychiatric Solutions Inc. (PSI) facility, welcomes therapist Dr. Jason Bluemlein. Bluemlein comes to Hopkinsville from Fort Mitchell in Northern Kentucky, where he had owned and operated a private practice since 2005. Bluemlein is the program director and therapist for the new Warrior Resilience Program, the military-specific partial hospital program. The outpatient program is designed to meet the needs of soldiers who usually function relatively efficiently, but are experiencing problems that interfere with their daily lives. Soldiers remain with their family and assigned unit while applying the coping skills learned in the program. “Dr. Bluemlein is highly qualified to provide excellent service to our patients—both military and civilian,” said Cumberland Hall Hospital Clinical Director Julianna Foster. “He brings patients a wide range of skills and knowledge critical to positive growth. Both patients and staff at Cumberland Hall will benefit from his work here and are grateful that he has chosen to join our team.” Bluemlein earned his doctorate in counseling from the University of Cincinnati in 2003. “Both patients and referral sources have embraced Jason’s clinical expertise and communication style,” said Cumberland Hall Chief Executive Officer Jim Spruyt. “He is a welcome addition to the Cumberland Hall team.” About Cumberland Hall of Hopkinsville About Psychiatric Solutions, Inc.
